Newsbreak: Based on Newsbreak’s interviews with lawmakers privy to the House health committee’s Technical Working Group meeting last year, most, if not all, of their colleagues who showed up were intent on killing the graphic health warning bill. Insiders confirmed that lawmakers who argued against the proposal received cash from a colleague for their efforts.
