To Senator Legarda--there are a lot more pressing problems in the Philippines other than cybersex. In example: the economy, the population explosion, ill prepared senators and representatives, and corrupt officials. I am sure with healthy economy and booming business, the population won't have enough time to think about cybersex, don't you think so?
