  1. Suttons Bay Says:

I believe every detail Brian’s story of what happened to him.

I believe that what he said was done to him at the Manila Peninsula by DJ Montano happened exactly as Brian said it did.

I believe that DJ Montano, Celine Lopez et al are abusive cocaine users indeed.

I believe that Brian Gorrell did give a total of $70,000.00 in good faith indeed to DJ Montano for the purpose of 1) investing in a restaurant business and 2) moving to the Philippines and making a life there.

I believe Brian Gorrell was a “fool for love.” I believe DJ Montano took advantage of his smitten boyfriend and scammed Brian indeed.

I believe that Brian Gorrell’s having parted with his money by sending it off to his boyfriend was HIS OWN UTTER STUPID CHOICE! (But I believe he knows that too)

I believe that DJ Montano’s asking for and taking Brian Gorrell’s money and then not have anything to show for it is due to his absence of any morality or conscience.

I believe Brian Gorrell is telling the truth and that DJ Montano lied, is lying and will continue to lie.

I take Brian Gorrell’s theories about DJ’s mother having a hand in the death of her husband with a grain of salt.

I find that Brian Gorrell’s theory of the possibility of Joel Tantoco’s death by drug overdose while partying with his friend(s) Celine Lopez (et al) may not be too far from the truth.

I believe Brian Gorrell knows he will never get his money back from DJ Montano or anybody from what he calls the Gucci Gang.

I believe Grian Gorrell is in terrible emotional, mental and psychic anguish and his blog is merely his “therapy.” I believe making daily entries in his blog is helping him psychologically indeed.

I believe that if the dirty laundry of the families of the “Gucci” gang are exposed it is just too bad for them. They are not private persons, they’re being public figures by making themselves so have made them open game.

I believe the whole blog will blow over eventually and that the members of the Gucci Gang will one by one go the way Joel Tantoco went or, at best, deteriorate into gollums with nurses, chefs, maids and drivers.

I believe Brian Gorrell will heal eventually make his money back somehow and get over the whole thing.

If I am proven wrong with what I believe, what does it matter? what I believe or do not believe in will never amount to a hill a’ beans in the grand scheme of things.

In two million years ALL will go the way of the dinosaurs - who would care then?

  2. Les Miserable Says:

Well said! He was indeed a “fool for love”. But you still can’t get away from the fact that Montano did indeed take money from Gorrell - as evidenced by the Western Union receipts and his own sister’s admissions. And for them to cavalierly dismiss those monies as “expenses incurred” without so much as a receipt written on the back of a napkin leads us to wonder…”OK…you finally admit there was money taken…so where did it go?”
And for Montano to have the utter gall to deny being a cocaine-user beggars belief. His and Celine Lopez’s coke use is well-known around the traps.

  3. The Truth About Brian Says:

Brian is a social climber himself and tried to live the easy, good life while in Manila and Boracay. He was trying really hard to make friends with the Gucci Gang, and hoped to be one of them.

They, of course, rejected him in the end which is why he is so bitter.

I do believe DJ did take his money, though. But why Brian was so stupid as to just blindly send his life savings is his own stupidity.

But really, saving for your whole life and all you have is $70,000? That’s really pathetic. Brian is almost 40 years old.

That’s the problem with these gold diggers from outside. They offer nothing but HIV, but expect to live like a king because they are white and in the Philippines.

I have no sympathy for white opportunist trash like Brian. Good riddance!

  4. Meg Says:

If you think a $70,000 is pathetic why don’t you go ahead and make up for what DJ Montano can not afford to pay back? Oh yeah… you don’t have that cash of course or else you won’t be commenting about it. Stop talking junk and contribute some good deeds!

    Team Brian from TEXAS, USA

  5. arlene Says:

    Hey people,
Are u all blind about the truth that our kababayan is fooling an australian man? Open up your mind, eyes, and ears about this serious matter. I know ur commenting a bad immage for brian, that he is a social climber, don’t you think how could he be? well in fact if ur friend is Dj who is an opportunist to take away the 70,000 of the poor guy then you just better pay back brian since ur protesting dj, what a shame, nakakahiya ka, makapal ka para mag comment sa isang taong maysakit na, ginagago pa.

  6. arlene Says:

Brian, i pity you! may you win in your struggle to get back your hard earn money. I pray for you always and always believe in K A R MA. God Bless You.DJ payback Brian. Nakakahiya ka! Barya lang kamo yan sabi ng mommy mo.

  7. Quita Says:

Albeit the fact that he was a fool for love, he should have known better than put his faith on someone he knows is a certified cocaine user. You will get nothing for drug users, they are the penultimate in terms of lying. If they could get away with it, they would. Let the truth be known. This high society people think they could get away with everything. Believe in karma. Although, sometimes it is slow in coming, it would still strike whoever it is that should be struck down by lightning in this situation.

  8. andrei Says:

hi gorrel napanood lng kita sa JESICA SOHO

  9. Ruthie Says:

I believe in what Brian had spilled. My sister who worked for a famous resto R 12 in Makati managed by Mr. Cuenca, owned by Lhulliers said that she witnessed how Celine Lopez and the socialites would sniff cocaine in the comfort room and the dining area when they have the area to themselves.
It’s a shame that these people live in extreme comfort while the rest of the philippine population are dying of hunger.

  10. Lulu Says:
