Davao City Rep. Prospero Nograles has been chosen the new speaker of the House of Representatives. The Davao City native, a true-blue Atenean, has come a long way, indeed.

But who is he? What makes him tick? Why is he considered a “lapdog” of President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo? Here are some clues.

good day sir,
i agree that LTO has nothing to do with abusive motorist specially here at Region X particularly at Cagayan de Oro City which motorized cabs without motor vehicle registration, driver has no license but freely running the streets and highways which cause many accidents and heavy traffic. I already send comment to LTO but as usual nothing happend may we ask for your help. Thank you very much and more Power.
