Philippines: Palace urged to copperate in Senate ‘cash gift’ probe

The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and Megaworld Properties will sign a Memorandum of Agreement on June 27 at the Manila Peninsula. Megaworld will donate a 2000 m2 of office space for the PCCI at its soon to be constructed McKinley Corporate Center at the Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City.

The MOA signing will coincide with the PCCI’s General Membership Meeting (GMM) on June 27 where PCCI members, business leaders, and other stakeholders dialogue on key issues affecting business and economy. PCCI President, Mr. Samie Lim and Megaworld’s Chairman, Mr. Andrew Tan will sign the MOA.

Mr. Oscar Lopez, Chairman and CEO of First Philippine Holdings Corporation, and Dr. Cielito Habito, Director for Economics, Research and Development of the Ateneo will be the guests of honor and speakers on the topic “Is 7% Economic Growth Sustainable”.
