Dear friends,
It is our pleasure to invite you to an exclusive Greenpeace screening of
Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth
at 6:30 PM, Wednesday, 22 November 2006
SM Megamall Cinema 10
We will be sending the written invitations and tickets to your office
this Friday, Saturday and Monday (17, 18, and 20 November) but please
inform us if you would like to have it sent to a more accessible address.
The film tackles what is arguably the greatest threat facing all of us
today. If the vast majority of the world’s scientists are right, we have
just ten years to avert a major catastrophe that could send our entire
planet into a tail-spin of epic destruction involving extreme weather,
floods, droughts, epidemics and killer heat waves beyond anything we
have ever experienced.
The Greenpeace screening of this movie is free and has been organized to
encourage as many policy and decision makers, members of the press,
Greenpeace supporters, friends and interested moviegoers, to watch this
significant film.
Ultimately, we hope this screening will serve to further fuel the
important conversation about climate change and help shape the kind of
interventions now needed, both at the individual and political levels,
to help avert this global catastrophe.
Please contact Lea Guerrero (0916 374 4969) or Grace Duran (0917 886
0662) for more details.
We look forward to seeing you at the screening!
Best regards!
Lea and Grace
